Leddy Group is seeking a Director of HR in Putney. Position is responsible for maintaining a positive working environment to retain existing employees while attracting qualified people to fill vacant and new positions. Responsible for enforcing existing policies and procedures as well as developing new policies and procedures which effectively address the personnel needs of the employees of and the administration. The Director is the liaison between employees and management and provides an opportunity for employees to question, comment, voice concerns, or make suggestions regarding personnel policies and procedures in a non-threatening and completely confidential atmosphere.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in a discipline related to human resources management and at least eight years of experience. Candidates should have strong communication and people skills, sound judgement, and strong leadership skills. Candidates should be driven, self-motivated, and able to handle sensitive and confidential information. Drug screening and background check required.
